Nalasopara: Corona fear is on the ascent in Maharashtra from one perspective and crime cases are on the ascent on the other. An instance of crime has as of late become known from Nalasopara area.
Indeed, a man here has humiliated mankind. He is said to have explicitly manhandled the canine. Everybody is astonished by the case becoming known. The charged is supposed to be Anant Patil (78) who assaulted the canine.
The occurrence was allegedly shot by a young fellow on his telephone and the man at that point called a NGO working for creatures to report the matter. Police have now enlisted a case for the situation.
As per reports, Police Inspector Rajendra Kamble of Tulinj police headquarters in Nalasopara area of Mumbai has educated about the whole occurrence. The authorities says ‘an occupant of a structure close to the spot recorded the demonstration and called a NGO to educate about the matter.
At the same time, the police officer has stated that “we saw the clip and registered a case under Section 377 (Unnatural Sex) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 11 (1) (A) of the Animal Cruelty Act, 1960. We didn’t arrest him because he’s suffering from a disease.
Dangerous diseases including sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), diabetes and other diseases. We will also conduct RT-PCR tests to detect corona infections. But it would be risky if we arrested him because of his infectious disease.”
The police will soon produce a charge sheet in the Vasai court in the case and produce Anant Patil in court. In this case, Police Inspector Rajendra Kamble said, “We are further investigating whether he is a habitual sex offender.”
