If IPL matches are conducted again, England players won't participate: Cricket council

IPL, cricket council,

The 14th IPL in India due to corona damage. The cricket match was postponed midway.

There are 31 more games to be played. If these cannot be conducted, the Indian Cricket Board will lose nearly Rs.2,500 crore. So the Indian Cricket Board is thinking about hosting the remaining games abroad in September, October and November.

The remaining IPL is one more setback at this stage. The country’s cricket board has made it clear that England players are unlikely to participate in the games wherever they are played due to international competition. There are a series of international matches for England players at regular intervals till March next year.”We get a lot of international cricket matches as per the future match schedule,” said Ashley Zales, director of the England Cricket Board.

We are planning to make full use of the England players in them. Accordingly, if our team tours Pakistan and Bangladesh (September and October), the IPL will be played in it. I expect the England players who played in the match to be featured. The 2-match Test series between Finland and New Zealand begins on June 2. The match was decided only in late January.

Even before that, the IPL was in the world. England players playing for the match were given a no-objection certificate. That’s why it doesn’t matter if New Zealand miss the series. Ipl as per contract We allowed the England players to play fully in the series. But by then the IPL would have been in place. The match stopped midway.

No one knows until now when and where the IPL match will be held again. At the same time, we have a series of matches from the Test series against New Zealand. The 20-over World Cup and Ashes Test series are important. We are looking forward to these matches.

14 players in the IPL include Ben Stokes, Jos Buttler, Jobra Archer, Livingston (Rajasthan Royals), Sam Curran, Moeen Ali (Chennai Super Kings), Chris Jordan, David Malan (Punjab Kings), Chris Vokes, Sam Billings, Tom Curran (Delhi Capitals), Ian Morgan (Kolkata Knight Riders), Jonny Bairstow, Jason Roy (Hyderabad Sunrisers). They are in contract. If they are unable to perform, they will not be able to perform in the IPL. There is no doubt that the competition will be lost.
