Palladam police have registered a case in connection with the mother’s suicide attempt by killing two children due to a disagreement with her husband. It is learnt that the Tamilselvi family had invited Prabhu to Kuppusamy Naidupuram for talks yesterday. At this stage, Tamilselvi, who was not interested in it, poisoned her two children and poisoned herself. The three were rescued at home and sent to Palladam Government Hospital. The three were then sent to Tiruppur Government Hospital for further treatment. The eldest daughter Brinda’s treatment becomes helpless and she died.
At this stage, Thamilselvi and Prachanda were admitted to The Government Medical College Hospital, Coimbatore for treatment. The youngest daughter, Prachanda, succumbed to her injuries this afternoon. While both the girls died, Thamilselvi is undergoing follow-up treatment.
